I am not a medical professional. Nothing in this write up is meant to diagnose, advise, prescribe, heal or cure you. Now that’s out of the way, let me share with you my own healing of a chronic series of conditions that have been diagnosed as everything from:

One excellent resource that tipped me off to the lifelong progression I’d been experiencing without realizing the connections between disease stages and flare ups is the Medical Medium’s books. Whatever you think of mediumship or the woo aspect, his ability to accurately describe my entire life of disease progression was so relieving and helped me to understand so much, including how far I was down the line. When we are to the point of full system or multi systemic flare ups, we are a step away from cancer and death. It is time to get off the disease train.
I want to spend time in nature, hanging with my chickens, feeling great, and thriving, don’t you?
My doctors were always trying to help me, bless their retarded minds, but when my most recent doctor told me she was not only reducing my prescription because of possible side effects on my heart, but also that there was NOTHING I COULD DO TO PREVENT MY SYMPTOMS FROM GETTING WORSE UNTIL I SLOWLY DIED, that’s when I’d finally had enough.
At this time, as she was leveling my tortured death sentence at me, she also told me nutrition could have no effect on my health.
I vowed to never return to a traditional doctor again and to find the way to heal myself, no matter what it took. It can be a great idea to find an alternative, wholistic, or functional practitioner to support you along the way, if you can afford that kind of thing. Otherwise, it turns out the solutions are simpler than we may think. Let me share them with you.
Change Your Mind
First, you have to change your mind about your body and what is happening to it. Whether you have cancer, mental illness, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, auto immune or other diseases, you have to remind yourself of this massive truth:
Your body is only EVER healing and protecting you.
Your body has been saturated with toxins and stress for all of your life, since birth, unless you’re one of the rare people who somehow escaped this and, even then, it is in our social custom, our air, our water, our food and everywhere else we can look. You are surrounded by toxins.
Given that reality, it is important to reject the mainstream view that your brain is broken, that your body can’t resist the cancer, that your body is attacking itself, or that you are simply a broken model that came out wrong.
Nope, nope, nope.
Your body is AMAZING. Your body has been taking care of toxins and constant degradation from overwhelming amounts of electro magnetic radiation and more for YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. Give it some fucking credit!
Do it now! Tell your body these mantras every day until you break down crying because you finally love yourself again and are reconnected to the body that’s been trying to save your life, all along:
“My body loves me”
“My body does everything it can to save me”
“Everything my body does is to help me”
“I love my body”
“I trust my body”
“I support my body to heal, more and more, with everything I think, say, and do”
That last one is key because, from here on out, it is time to do everything you can to support your body to heal — and that may mean radically changing your diet.
Change Your Diet
Sorry, not sorry: there’s no way around it. Even if you are eating what your food-belief-system has promised you is “healthy”, you may still need to change your diet. Especially you vegans and vegetarians out there — there simply are nutrients in meat that ARE NOT FOUND ANYWHERE ELSE. Get over it and give your body what it god damn needs. Stop fucking around.
The basics of healing from any of the chronic ailments we’ve been talking include removing these common irritants and toxicity magnets:
Stop consuming dairy
Stop consuming wheat
Stop eating eggs, even the ones your own chickens produce — I know, I literally cried for days, but we can do this!
Stop consuming ALL GRAINS (that’s corn, quinoa, rice and all!)
Stop consuming nuts
Stop consuming seeds
Stop consuming ANYTHING PROCESSED (if it isn’t produce or meat, stop it!)
Stop eating sugars
Stop with the seed oils (Avocado, Coconut, and Lard are the best oils)
Stop consuming coffee
Stop consuming alcohol
Stop fucking smoking for the love of god
Stop eating nightshades if you like — some do and some don’t
I know I just lost many of you and that’s fine. If you’re not ready to heal, you’re not ready to heal. Take care of yourself the best you can. Someday, when the disease progresses to a point where the pain is greater than the pleasure you get from abusing yourself and your body, you’ll be back. That’s how I was, too, just try to love yourself as much as you can along the way.
Eventually, some people find they can work back in a few of the lighter and less toxic grains like quinoa. Yes, even organic grains cause problems for various reasons. Some people find they can even work back in dairy, given that it is raw or at least grass fed and pure. Things can develop to where you eventually move back in many of these items. What you generally will never work back in are processed foods, alcohol, tobacco, and seed oils.
So what should you eat? If you want someone to tell you exactly what, when, and how to eat, find a great Auto Immune Protocol recipe book and guide (even if you’re doing this for cancer, gut health, or mental illness). If you can be a Master Level Healer, grab yourself the Wahl’s Protocol book and guide, instead. If you want the easiest way — effective, but not nearly as effective as the other two — grab a Clean Diet book and guide. Otherwise, after removing those above toxins, add these foods to your diet:
Eat mostly vegetables
Limit the starchy vegetables, but let yourself have some sweet potatoes, especially when you’re first starting out
Eat liver once a week — my favorite way to do this is wild caught and smoked cod livers in a can, but admittedly it is best to get local, free range, grass fed livers and cook them up
Eat small portions of free range, grass fed, or wild meat daily
Prepare and drink your own bone broth, either in a rich soup you make and eat often or as a drink by itself, multiple times a week
Add grass fed collagen sources in other ways, too, if you like
Limit fruit, but do eat especially berries and citrus fruits
ONLY EAT ORGANIC
There are rich, delectable, mouth watering recipes I’ve come to love so much that I don’t miss anything, when I’m doing it right, and I enjoy preparing and eating healthy food that makes my body feel great.
As you move through the change to your diet, you will be able to “cheat” sometimes, or even add a few things back in now and then, but be careful to keep yourself in the fast and loving lane to uplifting yourself completely out of the horrors you’ve been facing. You don’t ever want to go back and, the better you feel, the easier it is to keep going!
Change Your Life
The remaining pieces I’m going to share are my own collection of healing modalities I’ve learned help immensely in the progression I’m making. I’ve been off medication for many moons now and I have very few to no symptoms, including no flare ups outside of the occasional accident, like getting stung by a hornet or eating contaminated food.
These are the aspects of my daily routines that keep me healthy and well in every way:
Daily meditation — there are a million meditations and practices and I do about two hours a day of various body-centered, mind-centered, heart-centered, and astral-centered practices, but even adding those mantras above and sitting with yourself in love for your body each morning, visualizing where you are headed on this healing journey, would be a great addition
Morning Tonic — I squeeze a fresh lemon, add three drops magnascent iodine, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with the mother, eighth teaspoon cayenne pepper powder (even if you’re cutting out nightshades, don’t skip this!), and two ounces Aloe juice with Essiac herbs. Add Oregano if you dare, be very careful to mix it well immediately before drinking to avoid burning yourself.
Reduced Eating Window — I either eat first thing and then stop by early afternoon or I don’t eat until early afternoon and stop by seven at night, every day. If I’m feeling saucy, I may incorporate healthy fasting in longer durations, as well, including up to 72 hours fast. Only do this if you understand how to incorporate mineral rich water into your process to support your health while you fast. Healthy fasting can be a disease killing fast track!
One Large Meal — this is not the OMAD, One Meal a Day, routine, but it is similar. In addition to eating in a small window, my goal is to have a fresh squeezed green vegetable juice, a smoothie, and/or a medium salad a day in addition the one larger meal containing meat.
Clean Water — your water probably isn’t clean. Drinking bottled water is also not clean. Clean water will only happen for you if you make it yourself. It is an investment that is worth EVERYTHING. Water is life. You are mostly water. Take care of yourself by investing in a Berkey Filter with added flouride removal or by grabbing a Distiller. Reduce Electro Magnetic Frequency Exposure — limit your exposure by turning off your WiFi at night, removing WiFi altogether and only hardwiring your devices, keeping your phone in Airplane mode and in an EMF protectant shielding bag when you’re not using it (especially at night!), and using other methods to protect yourself.
Hydrogen Therapy — the mega life changer, for me, was when I received as a gift this amazing device that electrically expands water molecules in order to create extra hydrogen that you can then drink or breathe. I began to use this device and instantly had old skin issues that had never healed completely disappear, my mind fog completely went away, my energy began to come back, and I felt better and better every day since. I’ve never looked back. I breathe at least a few hours a day while I’m working or relaxing and I drink at least two of the bubbled waters a day. Exercise — Exercise should happen as you can manage it, in whatever ways you can enjoy it. Walking is exercise. Cleaning your house might be exercise, depending on where you’re at. If you can, go to the gym or otherwise find ways to do resistance and weights. Just be moving your body however you can, every day, in one way or another. Yoga and Tai Chi are some of my favorites, too.
Infra Red Sauna — Infra Red heals our cells at the mitochondrial level and EVERYTHING our body does is related to the mitochondrial health, which our modern world slaughters with constant EMF poisoning and horrifying foods and toxins. I can’t stress enough how important it is to work this into your weekly routine. If you can grab a cheapy, bag-style infra-red sauna to have at home and use, do that! Or, if you can afford to go to a spa to do it, it can feel luxuriant and affirming, which is also very good for us. They say four times a week is life extending, cancer killing, youth enhancing, and energizes you to no end! I try to go at least once a week. Colonics — You can find a practitioner nearby and go weekly, get a colema board to use at home, or do home enemas — which are not quite as thorough, but are good enough. Here is an episode I did with my Colonics provider, if you’d like to hear more about why flushing your gut and supporting your colon and intestines is CRUCIAL in this process of healing. You will be detoxing for years, as you move through this journey, so it is always going to be vital that you MOVE THAT SHIT OUT! Don’t be detoxing and then just letting it sit inside of you! That is a recipe for disaster. Instead, commit to removing toxins in this gentle, non invasive way, at least once a week.

Jungian Psychotherapy — I know, many people who made it this far are asking themselves, “what the crap did this lady just pull out of left field?”. But the truth is that most of us are traumatized — and the trauma hides in our body, heart, mind, and soul until we heal it. You will heal automatically as you go, but if you want to give yourself higher and higher chances, then therapy will release much of what is blocking you from healing. It isn’t an accident that people report a reduction in or cessation of chronic pain as they heal their emotional body. Give it a try, if you’re willing and able. Change Your World
This is not a process that you easily pick up and put down. This is a whole world revolution for yourself — and you deserve it.
There is a stage of grief, when you’re starting this path. There is anger that you can’t just “be like everyone else” or indulge in eating “what you want”. Let yourself express that grief, loss, and anger every time you feel it. Honor it. It is good to feel and even better to release those feelings. And then get serious about changing the frame by which you’re looking at this thing.
Start to see how lucky you are that you have access to the things you need.
Start to see how grateful you are that you can feel better and better: soul, heart, mind and body.
Start to see your body as the best ally you ever had, the only one who always had your back and never gave up on you!
Start to see how what you give yourself in this process pays off in happiness, comfort, peace, wellness and even THRIVING!
And give yourself the space and time to fuck it up sometimes and not hate yourself, to fall down sometimes but get back up again, and to always be working together with your best version of the highest vision of yourself you’ve ever had. Because that’s where you’re going: the highest version of this life you can live.
Not only are you repairing all the lifelong damage done by whatever belief system informs your ideas of disease, you’re also going beyond that and into a quality of life few people will ever experience.
Some day, you may even be grateful for the disease itself for reminding you how powerful you are and how rich and wonderful life can be.
