“Stop. Breathe.
This is enough.
Let yourself just be, without distraction and ambition.
Can you do it?
Does your mind push you to grab a device or get something done? Do you reach for a controller or a book instead of sitting in presence and silence?
Most remain so distracted so constantly, only sitting in breath and presence is a difficulty. The mind begins to turn on the sitting itself, the thoughts begin to analyze and criticize or become anxious about the movement and timing of the breath or whether or not it is being done ‘right’.
You are right. You are more than enough. There is nothing to do or be done to be better. You are moving forward even when your body is not moving, even when you are not producing something or ‘accomplishing’ something.
Sometimes, many times, the stopping, the breathing, the moments without the distractions – these are the moments where you progress the most.
Just stop. Just breathe.
Let yourself just be and, if you feel especially wily, invite Universal Love to come sit with you, in your heart. You will love it, we promise.”
Thank you thank you thank you, love you love you love you.
