I Deserve Better Than This

A Throat Chakra Release of Trapped Energy

Today a throat pain began to impede my ability to speak, so I went into a healing practice for physical pain. Anyone can do these healings for themselves and they’re quite helpful.

In doing so, I discovered some energy trapped blossoming through the physical pain. This became an emotional or subtle energy discomfort. If you’ve ever had that feeling in your throat like you’re going to cry, even though your throat isn’t actually hurting physically, you recognize this kind of constriction.

My healing then moved from physical healing to energetic healing. I asked the energy to reveal itself to me. When you do this and allow the energy to show you, powerful truths can be revealed.

For me, the pain whispered, in a voice that sounded almost completely forgotten, “I deserve better than this.”

I instantly felt then, by a simple presence with this tiniest of voices that had never been spoken aloud, a huge dam of trapped rage, disgust, sorrow, and more opening up within me.

This was old, old energy from the depths of ‘the trauma years’, as I lovingly call them, now.

Here’s how I released these energies and healed the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances that were manifesting through a simple sore throat and achy neck. Combine this with the Forgiveness Practice talked about before and you’ll transform all of yourself and, yes, all of the world.

Using these types of techniques, you can assist in healing any pain or illness that could ever arise. All physical situations are a direct manifestation of Soul.
