The Immutable Truth in Expression

No words could contain what and who you are and no person can hold that truth but you

Gender and Sex has been in the air, lately. Mostly as a self-reflection on my own identity, on why I seem to always be closest in my life with men and lesbians and less close with feminine women. I’ve been identifying my own jealousies and the jealousies between people of the same sex and gender and I’ve been asking myself about my boundaries around prescribed speech.

If someone I work with wanted me to call them by a specific set of pronouns, would I? My answer is and has been ‘no’.

My ability to freely speak and choose how I do so in order to reflect my self truly weighs more to me than any person’s perceived needs. As I always have, I would express kindly and firmly that I am not comfortable changing my speech for another person. This is not a new boundary, for me, even before the days of pronouns I would resist or refuse changing my speech, even if someone claimed it hurt them.

These ideas have fomented deeper analysis within me and I couldn’t help but ask the Spiritual Ancestors their take on the matter. What came through may surprise, delight, or anger you. Let whatever arises bring you self-reflection and healing! Ahoy!

“Gender is an energetic alignment. Sex is a physical expression of that alignment. Confusion occurs when material or energetic pathways are blocked, diverted, contorted, suppressed, or oppressed. All things spring forth from the immaterial, the Soul Level of Being or Consciousness. When these energies encounter blockages on any level of expression, as they are expressing, they often express in confused ways. This expression is not wrong, it is not inappropriate, it is not judged by Heaven.

All expressions are equal, in the eyes of the Absolute.
