What is a Blessing?
I'm often Guided to offer them, anyone can choose to receive them - but what are they and what happens when we step into the field to receive?
The Spiritual Ancestors, a collection of Ascended Masters who I have worked with my entire life, Guided me today to share what a Blessing actually is, why it works, and how it works to transform us at the Soul, Heart, Mind, and Body levels.

“The substrate of all Creation is light, as well as Sound. These aspects of Source come through all things great and small, animate and inanimate, at all times. All people are Blessed in existence, all moments are Blessing moments. The mind, heart, soul and body that can attune itself in any place and time is aware and constantly embodying or manifesting the Blessings. The Blessings are Source connection and flow.
Most people are not constantly connecting consciously to this Truth and are in various degrees of separation, disconnection, blockage, distraction, illusion, delusion, lies, or unawareness.
When we come together in Blessing, we always increase the flow of this Light, Life Force Energy, and Love, no matter the level of practice or presence of any given participant. We attune to its constant presence.
When a practiced participant of high presence is attuning alongside us, in communion with us, we are brought even deeper and more fully into our own awareness and flow.
When a person of consistent practice and presence, gathered and honed over many lifetimes steps forward to guide and open to those who have come together to receive, the magnification of this connection and flow is even more powerful.
All people are in connection any time they choose.
Those who practice and bring more presence to each moment open a wider connection than others who have not.
Those with an exceptionally consistent presence, intention, connection and practice have the widest spiritual channel and capacity.
These bring through the most Blessing energy.
When you choose to receive through joining in the Source Oneness Field with many Souls, you are already increasing your capacity to receive and attune.
When you choose to do so with those of higher capacities, you are magnifying the flow of Source Light and Love.
When you choose to receive through a Soul’s channel who is often or always attuned and present, of great capacity, who is also leading a group of Souls, many of whom may be of very great capacity themselves, you are able to receive the highest and purest Blessings.
These moments of attuning and receiving the brightest and purest Light can change physical reality, heal maladies, shift timelines to the highest outcome, release karma, transform emotional and mental blockages and uplift all of yourself and all of humanity.
