Here’s a day in the life of a person recovering from debilitating and late stage life destroying “auto immune” disorder…without doctors, medications, or bullshit.

I began a 42 hour fast a few days ago, so I woke up about 38 hours into the fast. I fast using “Snake Juice”, which provides all the minerals your body needs while fasting — it’s just salt and No Salt, super simple. I also ran for half an hour yesterday in the midst of the fast using a no-impact elliptical and going at any pace and intensity my body felt good at. It is good to move lymph and to sweat, while detoxing. Fasting is the best detox we can give ourselves. When I fast, I do not crave food because I’ve been practicing fasting for years and I’ve been detoxing for years, so please always go at your own pace and never jump into a long fast you’re not ready for.
By fasting, I mean not having ANY calories. There are many “fasts” that are not true fasts that involve honey or juices or coffee with butter…those are not the fasts that produce autophagy and apoptosis in your body, which is what you’re after. Another badass side-effect of fasting is a huge increase in Human Growth Hormone, which is what rich people pay “blood boys” for, essentially. You can make it for free, any day you choose, right inside your own, amazing body…
Waking up fasted and with incredible amounts of healing already underway via the rejuvenating powers of longer fasts, I make myself a tonic of fresh squeezed lemon, apple cider vinegar, an eighth a teaspoon of cayenne, and four drops magnascent iodine. I just began also adding Methylene Blue, which is best used in conjunction with infrared sauna, which we will get to…
I then go outside and stand in the sunrise with my shoes and socks off. It was cold this morning and the grass was dewy, I did it anyway. I enjoy the birds chirping, my chickens being crazy weirdos, the quality of light and the beauty around me as I ground. The positive benefits of just taking time to be awake and aware, rooted in your body, present and noticing your surroundings is immeasurable.
When I come back in, I take a lumbrokinase, as it’s one of the only things I know that fights borrelia, which is a root cause of my and many people’s “autoimmune” condition…
A while back, I saved up and invested in a sleeping bag sauna you can buy here using an affiliate link if you’re so inclined, and so I then take a 25 minutes infrared sauna. Since I’m there for 25 minutes, I meditate by visualizing my body healing in every way. Some days there’s a specific pain or area of focus, other days it is just a whole body bath of light. Still fasted and now full of intense healing, I add more into the mix by taking 25 drops of 35% lab grade Hydrogen Peroxide in 8 oz of water.
Having already prepared coffee enema solution the previous night, I mix another enema of wheatgrass and go into my daily, double enema. The wheatgrass is first and I retain it for 15 minutes in order to receive a massive dose of nutrients and clear the colon and large intestine. Then I do the coffee and retain it for 15 minutes in order to spur the liver to release toxins. The liver releases are intense, you can tell when you’ve reached this layer. Feeling very HOT, Parasites, toxins, and things you’d not be able to identify without lab assistance are released from your body. Some of these toxins have been there, holding you back, your whole life. It is a protocol most helpful for those with literally any chronic pains, diseases, or emergent disease states.
Clear and clean and having released so many toxins, I drink Diatomaceous Earth, one tablespoon to 8 oz of water, to both give me even more minerals AND absorb any random toxins that didn’t already release through the enema or the sweating or my feet while grounding…
Following the enemas, I pour a HOT bath of Dead Sea Minerals and soak for fifteen minutes. By the way, the entire series of three, 15 minute intervals during enemas and soaks is filled with prayer, meditation and visualization of healing for my body, heart, mind, and Soul, or super high-energy and beautiful messages via videos on TikTok, which I’ve trained to give me only the highest, best quality stuff you can find. It’s exceptionally uplifting.
After the soak, I do my full shower in ice cold. Do this only if you’re ready to be in full relaxation and release during the cold. It is not helpful to go into it with a fighting mentality and tough it out. You’ve just spent the entire morning reinforcing your health and wellness and release of toxin, so don’t undo it by becoming tight and constricted and forceful. It is about breathing slow and letting your body immerse into the cold. It isn’t as good as ice bathing, but it is a close second and free to all of us. While showering, I use a himalayan salt scrub to move the lymph in my face, head, and neck and I oil pull using Sesame Oil.
Following the shower, I apply CBD/THC lotion to my entire body, apply rose essential oil to my face and eyes, apply peppermint oil to my temples and the back of my neck, apply peppermint oil to my entire abdomen, apply oregano oil to some lymph nodes, apply tea tree oil inside my navel, and apply any oil I feel happy to use on my wrists and throat. Fully finished with my deep-healing, self-created spa day, I am finally ready to break the 42 hour fast with some raw, probiotic kimchi or kraut. I wait about 15 minutes after the probiotic kraut and then eat a handful of sprouts I sprouted myself, which you can do too using this affiliate link if you like. After another 15 minutes I make myself a collagen drink, with or without coffee or tea if you like some caffeine.
On this specific day, today, I’m not eating carbs. I’m in a part of my moon cycle that would most love ketogenic foods, according to the fabulous Dr. Mindy Pelz who I highly recommend learning fasting from, especially if you’re a woman. Today, I’ll likely eat some tuna steaks on salad with sprouts and a homemade balsamic vinaigrette, some smoked salmon with basil, a squash soup of just bone broth, low carb veg, and tons of pureed squash, and I’ll finish it all off with some homemade, grass-fed gelatin “jello” of watermelon and basil.
My body literally feels electrically charged and full of vitality, despite a disease that many suffer chronically and slowly die from. The doctors were never going to help me achieve this level of health - I created it for myself. Yes, it took time to develop and incorporate and get in the habit of each of these protocols and no, I don’t do all of this every single day — but I do most of these protocols MOST DAYS. It is the most important thing, to me, to be healthy and well, and so I’ve dedicated myself to that end.

Good on you, not like these intermitten fast pussies. No I'm kidding those are good too probably. I've done a couple 72 hour fasts. Edgar Cayce said something interesting in a reading about fasts, paraphrasing that they are more about not feeding your ego, basically, in the observational, letting go sense.
